These terms apply to your use of the SK GEMS website and to quotes we provide.
1. Quotes, not orders
Prices shown on this website are indicative list prices. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or reserve a stone. A sale is concluded only when SK GEMS confirms availability and price in writing and payment is received.
2. Prices & currency
Prices are listed in US dollars. Indian rupee prices shown to customers in India are converted at a fixed reference rate for convenience; the confirmed quote is final.
3. Gemstone descriptions
We describe each stone according to its independent laboratory report. Natural gemstones contain inclusions and characteristics that are part of their identity and are not defects.
4. Availability
Each stone is unique and may be sold or reserved at any time.
5. Intellectual property
All photographs, text and the SK GEMS name and logo belong to SK GEMS and may not be reused without permission.
6. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent via our contact page.
