We want you to be completely happy with your gemstone.
Before you buy
Because every sale is agreed personally through a quote, we encourage you to ask for extra photos, video or certificate details before confirming. Each stone is described exactly as stated in its laboratory report.
Returns
The return window and conditions that apply to your purchase are confirmed in writing with your quote. Returned stones must be in the same condition as shipped, unset, and accompanied by their original certificate.
Refunds
Once a returned stone has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable unless the stone was not as described.
